Neurobiological infromation will be presented to provide a conceptual framework for teaching students with Asperger Syndrome. Social interactions, emotional IQ, conversations and imagination, flexibility of thought and sensory/motor functions will be topics examined. Social skills development will be explored in depth through the use of and implementation of social stories using Carol Grey's model. Educational accomendations (IEP) for the Asperger student will be presented. A $30 materials fee (paid at first session) will cover the cost of a professional resource book.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn time-saving formatting tips to help eliminate repetitive tasks and increase your productivity. You will also learn how to create tables, enter formulas in spreadsheets, create professional looking graphs and charts, create impressive presentations.

Going beyond the basics of Office, this workshop will focus on the time-saving features that will help you become more productive with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Participants will learn how to create templates, work with large documents, manage and present data, and use the advanced database features of Excel. Feel free to bring any documents or spreadsheets with you for personalized help.
