This mentoring program will provide training, facilitation, coordination, material, and assistance for this required cohort. This program will begin this September and carry on through the 2007-2008 school year. (If this is a large enough demand, we will look at high schools).
- Both mentors and mentees will come together to establish objectives.
- Mentors (assigned by district) and mentees will meet monthly at the mentee’s school and start work together on jointly established goals.
- Districts will be provided with any further training.
- Districts will have access to a customized website, which will include many resources on the monthly cohort.
