ITC16a is the current Statewide Contract providing IT Hardware Equipment and services (excluding all non-inkjet printers) in the following Categories: Category (2) Computers--Desktops, Laptops, Tablets; Category (3) Other Mobile Computing Equipment; Category (4) Storage Technology; Category (5) Servers; Category (6) Maintenance, Integration and Hardware; Category (7) non-wintel Desktops (Apple), Laptops and Compatible Computers. Only ink jet printers can be sold on ITC16a. For all other printers, contract OFF16 must be used. ITC16a Category 6 contractors can provide service on all printers, but it is expected that OFF16 contractors will provide better prices for printer maintenance. Ask for quotes from OFF16 contractors. OSD Update 05-12, posted under "Forms & Terms" tab, announces this contract and provides how-to-use contract instructions for eligible entities.
