School Building Audit Assistant

MEC's School Building Assistance (SBA) Audit Assistant, a comprehensive financial software program, allows school districts to efficiently and accurately track costs associated with construction and renovation of school facilities. Audit Assistant prepares documentation necessary for reimbursement of building expenses through the State of Massachusetts.
SBA Audit Assistant is a stand-alone system eliminating compatibility problems with existing district information systems. Costs associated with the use of Audit Assistant can be reimbursed as part of total projects cost.
SBA Audit Assistant enables districts to:
  • Track expenditures for an entire construction or renovation project
  • Access and view invoice information quickly and efficiently
  • View contracts and change orders
  • Calculate revenue
  • Generate audit documents G1 and Form F
