The Transportation Collaborative, established in 1987, provides transportation for Billerica and Tewksbury students in out-of-district placements. The Transportation Collaborative also has contracts to provide transportation to adults with disabilities who receive various services through community vendors.

All vehicles operated by the Transportation Collaborative are maintained in excellent condition and are equipped with company signs and numbers, all safety equipment required by the state of Massachusetts under the 7-D vehicle licensing law, and two-way radios. Well-trained, professional drivers operate our vehicles. Our goal is to provide safe, courteous and timely transportation, while being economically and financially effective for the participating towns and agencies.
